Presently, we are considered an “in-network” dentist for the following PPO insurance plans, however, we always encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to verify our in-network provider status prior to your first appointment.
And even if your provider isn’t listed above, as long as you have a PPO dental insurance plan, our office will accept out-of-network benefit reimbursement from your provider, meaning we deal with the hassle of filing the claim and all the necessary paperwork. And for our Illinois-based patients or patients who are visiting from out of state with a dental emergency, our team is pleased to offer out of state PPO claim submission and tracking for your convenience.
If you plan to have your dental insurance cover your new patient appointment, please provide our front desk team with your insurance information so that we may verify benefits prior to your arrival. This will enable us to provide you with a better estimate of your out-of-pocket expense and helps to minimize any unexpected bills from our office. Please note that the accuracy of any estimate we provide is dependent on your insurance carrier’s actual benefits paid which do not always match their stated benefits. Kennerly Dental Group does not accept any DHMO or Medicaid plans at this time.
